Ethiopian Sundried Sidamo
The sweet goodness of dark chocolate with a hint of cherry makes a Monday morning better! Roasted some of this one for a friend yesterday and just had to have some ourselves.

Vanilla Hazelnut Latte
I know...not a single origin coffee BUT it's fall, and I love fall. However it WAS made with espresso that began as a fresh roasted blend of our Brazilian Beja Flor and a bit of robusta. Heaven in a cup. Did I mention I love fall?

Mexican Malinal Natural
This coffee just arrived a few days ago, just had to try it. I love it. Its every bit as tasty as the regular Malinal, with extra fruitiness and a light hint of cherry.

A concoction of super secret ingredients we're experimenting with as a direct result of our good friend Sir James of Ostrander. It's still being perfected but quite tasty nonetheless.

My first time trying this coffee. I am impressed with how unique it is. Very distinct with earthy notes. I like it!

Honduran/Rocket Fuel/Costa Rican Blend
A crazy concoction we mixed up as a Sunday morning
way too little sleep up too early with a long drive to church
and have to stay alive punch in the face. Not sure if it was our favorite, but it worked well enough.
