Truly a cornerstone of Specialty coffee, and the second-largest world producer of Arabica beans, Colombia’s quality reputation was built from beans grown In the “MAM” provinces (Medellin, Armenia,
Manizales) of the Cordillera Central Mts. Now, more coffee grows in southern areas such as Huila and Cauca – but Colombia’s reputation for high quality and rich, bold coffees is still strong.

Tasting Notes:
This is a very unique and special coffee. "Natural" means the coffee bean was not removed from the coffee cherry before it was dried. This process has infused the beans with a delightful hint of black cherry flavor which, alongside its chocolaty notes, makes this coffee sensational. A must try. Very clean, rich, floral and sweet. This Ethiopian has a very unique acidity, mild yet it adds a lot of character and definition to the cup. A seductive coffee that lures you back again and again.

This coffee is a prime example of what a good Sumatra should be. Very rich and smooth with that great distinctively sweeter earthy/chocolate tone and just a hint of smokiness in the finish.
Nicaragua Pacamara Natural
Nicaragua has emerged from decades of civil war with a coffee industry as a stabilizing economic and social force. The biggest bean we've ever seen! Pacamara is well known around here for its size. There is no mistaking it, the bean compares in size to large peanut halves. It continues to be a favorite among those who have tried our coffees, and we are excited about this batch of "natural" beans. The berry fruit flavors compliment the Pacamara's carmelly sweetenss delightfully. Pacamara is a very nicely balanced coffee, with both light and dark flavors.
